Creation, publication, funding and tracking of your projects on the platform.

Sending validation emails, notifications and exchanges via the project chat.

Fraud prevention, content moderation and platform protection.
Your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Storage and security
Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on a secure server. Passwords are hashed using the bcrypt algorithm from Symfony PasswordHasher. Communications between your browser and our servers are encrypted via HTTPS.
Your data is retained for the duration of your account. If your account is deleted, your personal data will be erased within 30 days.

Payment data
Payments are processed exclusively by Stripe in test mode. Fundamental does not store, collect or ever have access to your banking information (card number, CVV, etc.). All transactions are managed directly by Stripe's secure infrastructure, PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
